CBSE CTET 16th September 2018 Form,Ques Papers,Syllabus,Admit Card:

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) notified Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2018 as stated in the subsequent Paragraphs. Online Registration for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) notified Central Teacher Eligibility Test  (CTET) 2018.

The Central Board of Secondary Education shall display on the Final Status of the Candidates – Check Status & Particulars of the Candidates regarding receipt of their Examination Fee. The Last Date for submission of Examination Fee through e-Challan or Debit / Credit Card shall close.

The Candidates shall be allowed to incorporate Online Corrections in the Candidates’ Particulars.  Thereafter, Correction shall cease, hence, this date.

The Central Board of Secondary Education shall issue latest the Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2018, the e-Admit Cards / e-Hall Tickets.  The candidates shall be able to commence downloading of the CBSE CTET 2018 Admission Certificates / Admittance Cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test – 2018 scheduled to be hosted.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the Dates in respect of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2018 scheduled.

The Central Board of Secondary Education shall conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, on the, as detailed here under:

Eligibility Criteria:

There is No Minimum / Maximum Age Limit.

Educational Qualification:

The Central Board of Secondary Education has stipulated the Minimum Educational Qualification as hereunder:

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V: Primary Stage:

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 02-Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 45% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 02-Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 04-Years’ Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 02-Years Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

OR

Graduation and passed or appearing in the Final Year of the Two (02) Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes VI – VIII: Elementary Stage:

Graduation and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 02-Years’ Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

OR

Graduation with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in 01-Year’s Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).

OR

Graduation with, at least, 45% Marks and passed or appearing in 01-Year’s Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 04-Years’ Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its Equivalent) with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in the Final Year of 04-Years’ B.A. / B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed.

OR

Graduation with, at least, 50% Marks and passed or appearing in 01-Year’s B.Ed. (Special Education)*

Relaxation in Upper Age Limits:

The Candidates belonging to the Reserved Categories (OBC / SC / ST / DAP) shall be given a Relaxation of 5% / Five Per centum in Minimum Education Qualification.

Structure and Content of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), September 2018:

All the Items in the said Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) September 2018 would be Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions (OTMCQs), with Four Alternatives out of which one Answer shall be correct.

Each Correct Answer shall carry One (01) Mark. There will be no Negative Marking for Wrong Answers or Multiple Response to the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type.

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test shall consist of two Papers, as stated here under:

(i) Paper-I will be for the Candidates whoever intend to be a Teacher for Classes I to V.

(ii) Paper II will be for the Candidates whoever would aim to be a Teacher for Classes VI to VIII.

CBSE CTET September 2018 Exam Pattern 

Any Candidate intending to be a Teacher for both Levels (Classes I to V and Classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the Test Papers (Paper I and Paper II).

CBSE CTET Sept 2018 Cut Off Marks

The Central Board of Secondary Education followed by the release of the CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2018 Answers Key may announce-end the Results for the CTET.

The Central Board of Secondary Education states in regards to release and issuance of the Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet / Answers Keys as in the subsequent Paragraphs.  

Weeding-Out-Rules:

The records of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test including the Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet shall be preserved up to Two (02) months from the Date of declaration of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, September 2018 Result in accordance with the Central Board of Secondary Education Examination Weeding Out Rules. Thereafter, it will be disposed of as per Weeding Out Rules.

Copy Of OMR Sheet / Answers Key:

The Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet and the Answers Key of the CTET Examination would be displayed on the Central Board of Secondary Education’s Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Official Website for which a Public Notice will be issued in all the leading newspapers. The Candidates might download the same in the given stipulated time.

Thereafter the Candidates might also seek a photocopy of their respective OMR Answer Sheet of the CTET by paying Fee of Rs. 500/- per Optical Mark Recognition, by way of Demand Draft in favor of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn on any Nationalized Bank and payable in Delhi.
